The St. Regis Singapore

I recently stayed at St Regis for my honeymoon and had an incredible experience. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a king-sized bed, day bed, and a well-appointed bathroom. The hotel amenities, including the restaurants and spa, were fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and offered great value. The location was convenient, within walking distance of Orchard's main attractions. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff, including the butlers, were friendly and always ready to assist. Our stay at St Regis was absolutely unforgettable and I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The service at the hotel was really good, with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from a popular shopping street. Another great aspect was the attention to detail, with the staff anticipating our needs and providing us with complementary snacks and water bottles for the kids.

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. It is also close to popular shopping destinations such as Ion Takha Paragon, allowing guests to indulge in a bit of retail therapy. The hotel is situated in a relatively quiet area, providing a peaceful environment for a relaxing stay.

One aspect of the hotel's service could be improved to provide a more seamless experience for guests.

The wide selection of breakfast choices satisfied our morning cravings, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and inviting.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who showed genuine care and attention to my needs. They swiftly arranged a good afternoon tea for me, ensuring I wouldn't go hungry after my long journey. The room was spacious, clean, and provided all the comforts I needed for a peaceful stay.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was attentive and friendly, especially Mavis at the breakfast room. The check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff provided clear explanations about the butler service and other amenities. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast selection was good, and the service by Amy and Mescon was prompt and professional. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the bigger malls, the Singapore gardens, and the oldest temple near the Chinatown area.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Attentive staff, including Geraldine, Valerie, and Saleeh, provided helpful service. Upgraded to a special room with a wide variety of breakfast foods. Efficient check-in process with friendly and polite staff. Comfy bed, spacious bathtub, and quick room service.

I had the most good experience at the breakfast at the Drawing Room. The staff and Chef Kamal Hossen were excellent, and the food was a pleasure to indulge in. The room and Butler services were also great, and the entire staff from the doorman to the front office provided really good service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great staff, comfy beds, outstanding breakfast, spacious penthouse with modern technology. Beautiful restaurant, good breakfast, spacious rooms, tastefully done interiors. Patient and calm staff at check-in, caring pool attendant.

The room was spacious and well-appointed, with beautiful decor and comfortable furnishings. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to key attractions and amenities.

There were a few areas of improvement. The sound system in the room was slightly outdated, lacking Bluetooth connectivity.

This hotel is truly luxurious, with exclusive amenities like a state, of, the, art Spa & wellness centre and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. the massage I had was fantastic, providing a full body massage that was both invigorating and relaxing. the restaurant served outstanding in, room breakfast and had a selection of special diet menus.

The only minor issue I had was with the location. Although the central location had its advantages, like being easy to get around the city, it was also a bit noisy.
